At a distance of 2 km from Lonavala Railway Station, Sri Narayani Dham is a religious place located in Dhankawadi area of Lonavala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Narayani and is one of the famous places of sightseeing in Lonavala. The temple was constructed in 2002 and is a beautiful white marble structure. The main deity of the temple is Ma Narayani and on either side of the main shrine are shrines dedicated to Ganapathi, Hanuman and other Hindu deities. The deities are beautifully decorated with glittering jeweleries. The entrance is a 4 storeyed structure, there are fountains lined up on the pathway from entrance to temple.

Shree Narayani Dham Temple provides a spiritual retreat to tourists in Lonavala, all in presence of God. There are several facilities as the temple complex is spread over 4.5 acres. They also have Cow shed with more than 15 cows and calves. Its is just road crossing away. Great place for children and families. They also offer really economical meals with great hygiene.

most beautiful temple with goddess Laxmi, Ganesha and Hanuman. Has stay arrangements, food court and a Gaushala too. lovely gardens full of roses to adhore.

You may not include worshipping in the list of all the activities to do in lonavala but it is suggested that you visit Narayani Dham Temple. The gigantic temple in Lonavala is constructed in four storeys with carvings in white marble. The temple is flooded with worshippers on religious festivals and is decorated like a bride. Although dedicated to Ma Narayani, all major Hindu deities are worshipped in the temple.
