My favourite local National Trust - there is a nice house and garden, and huge and varied grounds. There is a massive playpark for kids. Main section gets crowded on summer weekends but there is plenty to explore beyond this. Cute cafe with outdoor seating. Costs around £5 for parking if you aren't…
