1 Michelin star since 1979, with the sole aim of bringing out the best in Périgord products, including: foie gras, truffles, walnuts, the beef from "Coutancie", the duck, the strawberries.. A garden with a wide variety of aromatic herbs, vegetables and flowers. Finally, a restaurant atmosphere and decoration which are propitious to sampling and tasting.
