From here you can catch buses to Brighton. 12, 12a, 14, 27. You can also catch the the 12X which is an express bus that will get you into Brighton in 2 stops. Eastbound all stops to Eastbourne Pier. You can also catch the 13X from here which stops off at Beach Head. Sundays and every day in high season.

Its nice to have a pint by the sea, but loud live outside music ruins it and the food is average cook-chill. Avoid!

Very nice especially sitting outside by the sea and having a sundowner. Part of the green king pubs
