In Madrid there are many very nice markets, I usually go to the Mostenes market, next to Gran Via. There you can see meat, fish, fruit and vegetable stalls, and many Latin restaurants where you can eat or have a good juice. I personally really like to go from time to time.

Great local market. Fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, meat, cheese and dairy, cold cuts, etc. Also has Asian and Latin American food stands. Rock bottom prices and a real experience! Open weekdays from 9 am to 2 pm, and 5 pm to 8 pm. Also Saturday mornings until 2 pm.

Es un mercado local para comprar verduras, pescado,carne. Hay una tienda de zumos naturales muy barata y además podéis de varios puestos con empanadas y bollería. It´s a local market to buy vegetables, fish, meat. There is a shop of natural juices very cheap and besides can of several places with pies and some kind of cakes.
