If your are having trouble where to spend your money, this is the place. The Michelin Guide has never surrendered to Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, a fact that has gradually become a ongoing joke among Danish food critics.

Another favorite is Mielcke & Hurtigkarl: www.mhcph.com. It is really rock and roll cooking – fine dine with an Asian twist.
