A bustling niche in the city of Silver Spring, just to miles from the property, is chock full of fun things to do. A variety of culturally diverse eateries are sure to please. Pop-up activities occur regularly in and around the Civic building. A small ice skating rink is operational in the winter which converts to a music and dance performance space throughout the remainder of the year. A huge movie complex is located hear along with the historic Silver Theater and cultural center on Colesville road.
