Located on the Alameda de Fao, the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus is a place of pilgrimage. Every year since the sixteenth century, a procession in honor of its patron the weekend before Easter. The church was built in the early eighteenth century by the master mason Manuel Fernandes da Silva, in Baroque style.

Uma caminhada deliciosa em meio a natureza, mas muito ingrime. Tem que estar bem fisicamente e disposto a subir muitas escadas. Também há outras opções de transporte, e há o funicular que vai desde a parte alta de Braga até o santuário.
