If you want to push the boat out this family run hotel in Bagnoles de L’Orne is a 1 star Michelin restaurant. Much of the menu is based around mushrooms particularly in autumn when the head chef gathers produce from the surrounding forest.

Gorgeous food, very pretty setting. set on the outskirts of bagnoles de l'orne which is a lovely Spa town.
