It is located in a beautifully decorated riad, a large traditional house built around a central courtyard. The menu offers four appetizers, four main courses and four desserts. Although this may be a limited choice, it ensures that all dishes are both cooked exquisitely and are bursting with flavors. The simple, cascading fountain feature here provides a charming focal point for the interior, and there is a large, romantic roof terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the city. Dar Roumana offers a delicious French-mediterranian cusine, situated in one of the beautiful Riads in the Fez Medina. It is the perfect space for romantic dinners that differs from the traditional Moroccan cusine. Reservations only!
