Located in Kailua, famous for their macadamia nut pancakes and coconut syrup. There is usually a wait. Not sure if they take reservations.

If you want the best tasting banana macadamia nut pancakes in the state, but no further than Boots N Kimos. Boots N Kimos is in enchanted Lakes which is only a 15 minute drive away. There are often long line so I recommend that you get there early and last time I was in it was a cash only restaurant no credit cards accepted. They do have an ATM on site. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the banana macadamia nut pancakes are a must try.
