Iconic artifacts & diverse collections spotlighting Seattle's history in a lakefront park building.
Don't miss the film about the Seattle Fire, it's Mark's favorite...he loves the teapot. The cafe has nice sandwiches and salads and if it's a nice day it's a great place to sit outside and watch the float planes land on Lake Union
This is my favorite museum in Seattle because of the local history and the location on Lake Union. It may not be for everyone, but if you want to know more about Seattle and Pacific Northwest history, this is the place.
If you are interested in aviation history, this place is amazing. You can do a flight simulation, walk through legendary aircraft including Air Force One and the Concorde, see Sputnik and the birthplace of Boeing.
Experience the city's most iconic artifacts at MOHAI. Free admission to permanent exhibits on the first Thursday of every month.

“Just a wonderful place to walk around on a sunny day. Beautiful boats on beautiful Lake Union. Right next to the Museum of History and Industry and at the end of the C line (bus route).”

“You can't come to Seattle and not visit Pike Place! They have beautiful flowers year round, fresh fish, live music, and lots of vendors. If you want to have a fish thrown over your head, just purchase any fish from the Pike Place Fish Market. ”

“The MoPop is a museum completely dedicated to what’s popular in entertainment and culture! Think music, TV, cartoons, sci-fi, and more. You can also rock out in their Sound Lab, which has instruments and DJ equipment you can fiddle around with. If you’re a music nerd like we are you’ll totally love this museum. ”
