Sint Baafs Abbey is a 1,000 year old abbey that at one point was the strongest abbey in all of Flanders. Come here on Friday-Sunday to investigate the old ruins and have a beer at the Herberg Macharius house. It is a beautiful place to relax on a sunny day and learn some fascinating history

Next to an old church is a great park to have a picknick or play football or make yoga... A part of the park is plated with bushes which show the pillars of an old demolished church - a very interesting place.
