BONJOUR specializes in ‘pain au levain’ (French for sourdough) which is made using wild yeast culture (levain). Pain au levain’ has a unique appearance, flavour and aroma that is distinctive and irresistible. Not a sit down bakery.

The “award winning” Weekend Brunch features classics like eggs benny, breakfast burrito and classic French toast. The Café also purveys in-house made sauces, salad dressings, pickles and the ‘Jam Lady’ preserves.

This is an indoor botanical garden,with three biomes as part of the Conservatory’s year-round displays. A fourth pyramid houses creative feature displays, changing up to eight times a year. There is also an art exhibition and a gift store and the wonderful Culina restaurant.
