You are in the luck! This pastry shop and bakery is located just next to the entrance to the building. They have some amazing, fresh pastries, desserts, as well as excellent ice-creams!! You can also shop here for milk, drinks, etc.

If you want to try amazing Greek street food just 5 minutes walk from the flat, I would recommend this souvlaki place. They have delicious skewered meats, kebabs served with salad in pita bread, as well as steaks and some traditional Greek dishes. Yummy!

26 Al. DiakouIf you want to try amazing Greek street food just 5 minutes walk from the flat, I would recommend this souvlaki place. They have delicious skewered meats, kebabs served with salad in pita bread, as well as steaks and some traditional Greek dishes. Yummy!
This is such a great place to sit and relax, just a 5-minute stroll from the flat. There is a large coffee bar/ restaurant ("Therme") with sitting area under the huge trees, offering a cool, shady place in the hot summer days. Recommended for coffee and simple dishes, although I've also enjoyed here some great, huge, juicy steaks with friends (and not just once!).

This is an absolut must! It is one of the best-renovated medieval castles in Europe. Just walking in and around it immerses you in the history of this place through the centuries. The scenery around the castle is stunning, and when you finish walking around you will be rewarded by lots of great cafes and restaurants around it. Preferably avoid during the hottest hours (12-4 pm) in the summer months.

Don't hesitate to go and speak with the pharmacist if you have any symptoms, they can help you for simple things recommending the medicine you might need, without necessarily having to see a doctor.

This is a Super Market (called To Bakaliko). No, I'm joking, it's a tiny mini market, claiming to be a super market! However it's just 3 minutes walk from the flat, and you'll be surprised that you can probably buy everything you would need, including fresh bread in the morning.

Getting Around
From this coach terminal you can travel all around the island. Or, if you prefer, you can just sit at the station under the trees and enjoy a drink or two with your friends and leave travelling for tomorrow! Either way you'll enjoy it.
