You can come for a cup of coffee and game of ping pong with your kids or enjoy the daily dinners at 18pm where you sit at long tables with all the locals and the food gets passed round. Its a non profit place so everything is super affordable

Great lunch place. They do really good danish traditional 'smørrebrød' (open rebread sandwich) in a moderne translation.

Beautiful church with a famous spiral staircase all the way up the tower - on the outside! Great views. The surrounding neighborhood of Christianshavn is also great for a stroll by the canals.

Great by park with hills and big trees. There are good places to play hide and seek and go for a picnic - and you might spot a zebra or giraffe as part of the park backs on to the zoo.

The Tower Playground is situated on the edge of the very large green park called Fælled Parken. The tower playground has versions of all the famous towers of Copenhagen turned into climbing frames. Great fun:-)

Arts & Culture
Situated up the north coast about 35 min by train from Copenhagen overlooking the sea. I run workshops in the children's wing and can not recommend the museum and its activities enough. The whole place is beautiful, you can look at art and stroll along in the beautiful surrounding landscape where art and nature merges. The childrens workshop is on 3 floors and there are all sorts of drop-in activities.

This is probably the most fun playground in Copenhagen. All the iconic rooftops and towers of Copenhagen has been translated to climbing frames, slides etc. Great for a day out with kids. Remember also to bring a football and play on the large grass areas in the surrounding Fælledparken.

Go for a dip if the weather is hot in this great local outdoor pool just up the road from our house. Its free and there are both kids and adults areas.
