The neighborhood has a problem with scammers trying to pose at parkign attendance to get money upon entry-- just read the signs.

The Arts District has museums, theaters, Opera House, a few restaurants. At the end of Flora is are several restaurants--The Playwright Irish pub is good. Also for a very nice (pricey) dinner try Flora Cafe which is excellent food and a very nice experience.
