Rohelise Maja Pood ja Kohvik (run by Koidukuma OÜ company) is an independent Café in the heart of Viljandi. The Café is an absolute treasure and a well known icon of Viljandi. It offers excellent coffee (diary, soy and almond milks are available). Food wise - you can enjoy delicious cinnamon rolls, buckwheat dishes, soup and breads. Half of the CAFÉ is an organic, eco/bio and vegan friendly STORE (serves meat). Those inclined to take time enjoying breakfast will love Rohelise Maja. Seating is available inside and in the garden. The Café attracts customers of all walks of life from the President to your local Viljandi folk hipster. We think you'll love this place for Breakfast & Coffee.

Amrita Cafe

If Italian wood fired pizza and beer is your idea of a good time Amrita is for you. Amrita caters for all diets from the hearty meat eater through to the humble vegan. Pizzas can be ordered with diary cheese (or vegan cheese). The prices are reasonable and the service is very friendly. Seating's available inside or out on the rear deck. Don't forget to order an Estonian beer with your Italian pizza. Our suggestion is to try a slightly alcoholic "Kali" drink with your pizza for an interesting surprise.

It's comparable to IGA in Australia or LIDL in Germany. You'll find the basics here. Konsum is owned by an Estonian Co-Operative of smaller companies including Maksimarket, A&O and Ehituskeskus. Konsum on Koidu Street has recently been completely rebuilt.
