Nice building. While the outdoor architecture has caused many debates, the atmosphere inside is much more peaceful and warm. Most of the building is open to the public, and it is easy to go and see Parliament sessions. If you are visiting Scotland it is a great way to come and understand devolution.

Most of the building is open to the public, and it is easy to go and see Parliament sessions. If you are visiting Scotland it is a great way to come and understand devolution.
Sightseeing
It's a fairly easy walk up paved paths and stairs. There are no better views of the city... You can get even better views by paying a small entrance fee and climbing up the tower.
