This is my favourite place to snorkel. The western side of the island features a shelf of well preserved Green Zone coral. The island itself is small and pretty, a sea eagle nest too. Nemo lives there

All around Hook Island there are great places to snorkel. If you are lucky, Ocean Rafting or other reputable operator will take to a place like Mantaray Bay, Maureen's Cove or other amazing coral.

Continue to the end of Forestry Road for THE GREAT WHITSUNDAY WALK. You don't have to go the whole 28 km! There is a 45 minute loop in the rainforest, 7km return lagoon walk.
