Dee’s Bistro located at 622 N Lee Ave, is a wonderful Odessa institution. Their varied menu serves up delicacies such as Muffalettas, Pan Seared Tilapia, or delicious Crepes. Dee’s is housed in an old building downtown, that used to be the Ector County Library and the Presidential Museum.
They are open Monday through Friday from 11 am – 2 am and 6 pm – 9 pm, they are closed Saturday and Sunday.

The Parker House Museum is Odessa's newest addition to the historical records of Odessa. In 1935, the Parker family moved into this modest house located on 1,290 acres. It represents the lifestyle of a prominent ranching family, who served the communities of Andrews and Ector counties since 1907.

The replica is 70 percent of the original's vertical dimensions and exact in horizontal size, with the tallest of the limestone pieces standing 19 feet. The exhibit is located off East University Boulevard on the UTPB campus.
