This is a cross over between a bar/restaurant and coffee shop. You can relax with friends and just enjoy a coffee or wine, or choose from their reasonably priced menu.

A lively restaurant with a New York Italian theme. There is an extensive menu which offers pizza and pasta as well as steak and fish dishes. They serve cocktails and have good wines.

This is our local Thai restaurant and although I personally don't favour Thai food so much myself, I have had some good meals here.

A traditional boozer with a fish tank in the bar area that has been mentioned in one of Peter James's novels. Hannah and her staff will extend a warm welcome. There is Sky and BT Sports as well as live music most weekends. This is my local!

Parks & Nature
A short walk to the north (you can go over the bridge at Hove station, up Hove Park Villas and through Hove recreation ground to get there) Hove park is great for dog walking as well as a place to let the kids let off steam. There is a large children's play area as well as a cafe.

Getting Around
Hove station is direct from Victoria, Gatwick and Portsmouth. For guests arriving at Brighton station there is a shuttle train to Hove approx every ten minutes. Hove station is an approx five to ten minute walk from the flat.
