The signature Room at the 95th is a fancy restaurant... I recommend to skip on the restaurant and go to The Signature Lounge at the 96th - Here you can have expensive drinks but amazing view of Chicago. Please note that the lounge has a dress code but I've seen people there with jeans and sneakers.
