It is housed in a colonial style complex that was once the headquarters of the company. On weekdays before 1PM you can still see workers making cigarettes by hand from the viewing gallery on the 2nd floor.
Various free city tours depart from this location at various times of day. Please refer to the House of Sampoerna website for more information.

You can visit the hotel, and have a snack or tea there as well.
