Operator25 opened in 2013 in Wills Street, in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Nestled between Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens, it is the perfect space after a Sunday stroll, or to catch up with loved ones during the weekday. The name, Operator25 takes homage from the building’s history - situated in the first telephone exchange building which operated in the early 1990s. Now, it is home to a contemporary Australian-Asian fusion brunch menu, excellent coffee and an inviting space away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The interior features a Lichtenstein-inspired wall piece for a pop of colour against the light, bright walls and subway-tiled space.
