Known for its bakery, popular among locals. You can smell their baking in the morning from the winter balcony. Worth trying but can be busy sometimes with a long wait.

Also, you will have easy access to Beşiktaş area through the parking in the basement, Beşiktaş is home to tons of lively amazing breakfast cafes and affordable great restaurants, a common hangout for university students.

Small kids playground behind City's mall, a walk from the house. There is also a cat shelter near the playground. Great place for kids to make new friends and also there are lots of cafes just nearby. Location pin down there.
