Eressos square, up the village has two restaurants (Kafene and Sam's), Portokali caffee (my favourite) and another coffee shop.
For vegetarians, I recommend checking Sam's since I always find more healthy options like their famous falafels.

This is one of the biggest Osho meditation centers outside of India, and has a big variety of daily meditations, workshops and sessions like bodywork, breathwork, and other wellness categories. The place is quiet unique and admit daily visitors with a small fee.

There are no buses. You can get a taxi calling a driver.

Prophet Ilias hike
If you like to move, you have two hikes to chapels with amazing view. One from the beach "aphedeli" which is around 30min up under the sun, and another from the mountain, around 15-20min going up through the indicated paths.
The one in the beach is best for sunset and the mountain gives 360 views of Eressos.
Both are medium to low difficulty, with shoes.
