Check out the amazing central staircase and stained glass for yourself, and check out the small but very interesting exhibit on Huey P. Long's legacy.

This is actually a must-see. Quick and easy to get to and only $3, this kind of nature area is unique to the Gulf Coast. The trails are all boardwalks with railings, so it's a nature hike but in style. Something to do while in Baton Rouge, and then afterwards it's a short drive to Jimmy Swaggart's mega church! Just kidding, but it is a short drive to Mall of Louisiana and the movies.
