The Saint Charles River is a peaceful river with walking and bike paths along either side. A few years back, the river was revitalized with a massive planting of native species, which has helped bird life flourish again and made bird watching a popular activity along it.
You can access it in about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment. It's the perfect place to keep up your running routine while visiting the city. The bike path connects to many other cycling paths!
