Pebbly Beach is famous for the kangaroos that come down onto the sand. The best time to visit is early in the morning, before 9am, as the kangaroos are out feeding at this time. The beach itself is lovely and located in a national park, surrounded by forests. Bring $8 in coins for parking (no cash notes or credit cards). If you are lucky you might see the resident goanna!
