This is both a local favorite and a great place for first time visitors. They take reservations and if Keeneland is running or there is a UK game you will need them. Serving amazing steaks and sushi- something for everyone. Be sure to try the Lexingtonian salad and their herb butter on the bread. This is priced mid to upper scale

I had to include this as it is highly recommended locally. They are known for their fried chicken but always generally rated as one of Lexington's best. In my humble opinion this place is over-hyped. Go across the street to Malones in Lansdown

This one is a long drive maybe two hours from the property. Located in the red river gorge state park/ Daniel Boone National Park this is an amazing place growing in popularity rapidly. If you want to take a day to do some hiking, canoeing or maybe UNDERGROUND KAYAKING this is worth the drive!
