Relaxed atmosphere, very popular with the horse show crowd as well as the locals. Seating inside, outside or at the bar, there is often a wait, so reservations are recommended. All American fare from burgers to steaks and a fabulous dessert menu.

Seriously, at least one person falls every year choosing to ignore the signage on the trails. Accidents are often fatal and rescue/ retrieval takes HOURS due to the remote densely wooded location. Call ahead and make sure it is open. There was some talk last Fall of closing this location due to hikers failing to follow rules.

Enjoy a scenic drive to the top of White Oak Mountain in Columbus N.C. Pass several waterfalls and a few locations to pull off for pictures. This road is well maintained but has many switchbacks on your way to the top. Plan at least an hour or more for the drive up and back down this special place.

We Are Closer To Town Then It Seems
Traveling the main roads in the area, does make it seem l like we are far away from retail areas. However, using the GPS on your phone to navigate the local roads, you will find we are only 4 miles from restaurants, fast food, gas stations & grocery stores in downtown Landrum.
The nearest Wal-mart, high traffic type retail area is going to be about 15 minutes up highway 9 in S.C.
