Groundswell Coffee is home of one of Mandurah’s favourite coffee beans - Frothin’ Coffee. They offer a drive through service (right next to the Cheesecake shop) as well as an eating area inside. They stock the famous Pinjarra Bakery pies there!

Seven Trees Coffee & Cafe is another personal favourite here in Mandurah! They stock several flavours and strengths of their own coffee beans that you can purchase to get the same taste at home. The coffee is always amazing! They also have a 50s inspired diner on one side, and sell local art and knick knacks on the other side.

DPM Cafe is a little spot on the Mandurah Foreshore. It’s perfect whether you want to stop in for a takeaway coffee and bagel, or sit down for some homemade sweets!

Mataya Eatery right in Central Mandurah next to the foreshore is the perfect breakfast spot! They offer amazing coffee with vegan options as well as a selected food menu.
They often throw special events and/or live music too! There’s games for the family to enjoy as well.
I always get service with a smile from here!

A little tight on money but still want to eat out? Here are some favourite recommendations!
The best Thai I have had!! They offer delicious and cheap lunch specials that will make you come back every time. The curry puffs are a must! My favourite dish is satay chicken sticks, pad see ew, pad kee mao, and the pad thai.
Sweetest service every time from the ladies working there :)
I have gone there with groups before but best for couples or groups of 4 IMO!

Lunch specials from $14.50 that include 1 meat & 1 vegetarian option with choice of rice, naan, and papadums!
Perfect place for dinner for 2 or groups as well! Multiple birthday dinners have been here.
It’s hard not to order the butter chicken, but the vegetarian malai kofta is a favourite as well. The lamb rogan josh is a must as well as chicken mango. Speaking of mango, the sweet and tangy traditional indian drink mango lassi is a must have too!

We strive to achieve this by making sure everyone who visits us has a unique and personal experience. Breeding animals is a key concern for us. And, in that regard, our Tasmanian Devil breeding program is of vital importance. This species is endangered in the wild because of an in incurable facial tumour disease. We hope our efforts contribute to the long term future of the Tasmanian Devil."

Beaches
Personally, one of the best things Mandurah has to offer are our beaches. As we live on the coast, there is a beach you can swim at every step!
Blue Bay is popular for its incredible sunsets! You can also snorkel there, swim, and sometimes catch waves when the swell is high.

Seashells beach is just a short walk, ride, or drive away from our listing. It’s a personal favourite! A large beach, half dog friendly, so you can always find a spot to be in your own company. Perfect for families too.
