Many of DE state parks are wonderful to visit. Thus I've decided to add in as many as I could think of.

This area has tall fishing piers that will take you out on the water , and there are a lot of opportunities to see turtles in the water (if you look closely) and birds flying around (if you're into birdwatching) , and there is space to ride bikes or to go out on your boat if you bring one (kayak or motorized) , and I personally have liked to sit out on a blanket and paint myself.

The food here in my opinion is really rich and good quality and there are indoor as well as outdoor seating options available.
The prices (especially for seafood are also very cheap) in my opinion. Enjoy if you go and there is an ice-cream shop generally open during warm weather seasons right next to it.

Their food (at the one right downtown by the Riverwalk and library) is very good quality and their 2nd floor has a nice view and large glass window to catch a view from.

Things To Do/Fun Outings
Although fairly new to DE it is a great theatre to go to.
It doesn't get really busy , the seats recline, heat up and have outlets to charge your phone plus decently priced tickets :)

This place comes equipped with billiards, bowling , an arcade, food etc. and is pretty popular in DE. Have fun if you go.

This is a great place and town to take a peaceful morning or afternoon walk in and there is a local restaurant also that most frequent. I always go to this town because I like seeing all of the boats docked.
