Screeds of cinematic wealth were going to waste, all but unavailable to the public, hidden away in the dark where only the most lucky or determined of cinephiles could reach them. Alice’s brought these films into the light, and became a place celebrating not just the rare and the unusual, but films of all kinds, from all over the world.
