Fairly good Mexican and the prices are great. The best part is that it’s only 5 minutes away.

Really great food, really good prices and very close. Very small space and it’s usually very full so we typically get our food to go. Great pho!

The best fish and chips this side of London. Actually had a Londoner tell us that. They always add an extra piece of fish to your order and their portions are generous so unless you’re famished don’t order too much.

Classy Italian a bit more upscale and more pricey but worth it if you’re celebrating or just want a romantic dinner spot. It may be prudent to call ahead for a reservation as they fill up quickly. The food is very good and it’s literally 3 minutes drive.

Great steak house. Been a Redding landmark for decades. It’s on the top end for price for the average joe but the food is worth it if you’re in the mood to splurge.

One of our favorite places when we want to go somewhere a little nicer than a burger joint. We’ve observed that the chef buys and cooks as much local and fresh as possible. The menu as thus is seasonal and yummy.

Really great food. Very good prices. Excellent wait staff and they always have your food ready a few minutes after you order. Even when they’re crazy busy. Very impressive. Their crispy chicken is Dave’s favorite. #42 is Maryann’s favorite.

Great place to visit in the summer when it’s 110 degrees outside cause it’s always a cool 65 in the caverns. Fascinating and worth a visit. Kind of pricey.
