The Norman Hotel has a nice private bar (Norman's Bar) in which you can enjoy a cocktail or a premium beer or two in pleasant surrounds and then walk home to our place. There is also a beer garden with restaurant that serves great barbecued steaks with sides, with alternative items on the menu for those who are not up for a big big juicy steak

A grungy, post-industrial bar with super cold premium beers and comfort food to enjoy on the side. A good option if you feel like having a few beer (or other drinks)with some German themed food (think Oktoberfest) and then walking home when you have had one too many to drive.

Authentic Indian Street food reproduced in Australia. Totally Vegan! Cheap and cheerful. Well worth the visit. Quirky - nothing else quite like this place. Very well patronised by local Indian community.

Good baristas. Great coffee. Grungy, ambience, hipster friendly, good place for breakfast and brunch. You can stop there on your way walking to the Woolloongabba Bus Station in the morning.
