Do book in advance and be prepared for a drive up a very steep hill to reach Jungle Club. If you’re on a scooter then it will only cope with the hill with 1 person on the bike. Or, make an afternoon of it and grab a taxi to get there. Excellent food and amazing views of the north east tip of the island.

Trendy beach club that recently opened in Bangrak, gets very popular at weekends. Nice cocktail menu and stunning views towards koh phangan, the music (chilled house) can be fairly loud in the late afternoons so not really the place for you if you’re looking for peace and quiet!

Casual is best!
Samui is generally very laid back, with very few restaurants or hotels having a dress policy. Light casual clothing is the best option year-round, and if you're visiting in the wetter months, then it's a good idea to bring a light rain jacket. If you plan on renting a scooter when you're on the island then also think about bringing some sensible footwear that will protect your feet if you suddenly need to stop! We have a washing machine at the villa which you're welcome to use so laundering clothes is easy during your stay with us.
