48 Beech RdThis is actually our favourite place. It's very Chorlton in that it's very bohemian downbeat and characterful. Decorated with vintage curiosities, the food is inspired by traditional French menus and is outstanding quality. They do the best steak frites with peppercorn sauce! Dog friendly too and they put on some great comedy nights which are always a sell out.

This bar is so cosy! It has the Scandinavian "hygge" ! The food is delicious New York style bagels piled with pastrami, they do veggie and vegan ones too. And amazing burgers. Highly recommended!

Again, located just minutes away on Beech Rd, this store sells all the newspapers and magazines, all the essentials and some booze and some delicious Hagen Daz ice creams , coffee is our favourite flavour! Great friendly staff too!
