City/town information

Welcome to Auckland! Here you'll find a mix between urban life and natural grandeur intertwine! It's easy to walk through the central business district but I'd definitely recommend using a car, as the main attractions are quite spread out here and at times, public transport can be indirect and time-consuming. We're a very friendly bunch and is a very safe place to live. We hope you get to enjoy your time and stay here!

The best way to get around Auckland is by bus!

There are 4 main lines for the trains here that connect to Britomart Train Station. For the ferries, we have Fullers and Sealink that both operate from downtown Auckland and provide routes to Devonport, Waiheke Island, Rangitoto, Hobsonville Point, and Half Moon Bay. Using the ferries is a good way to travel around the city and enjoy the scenes of Auckland! The best way to get around Auckland is using the cheap and efficient CityLink buses. These buses have stopped all around Auckland, so it should definitely be not an issue looking for transport. Taxis are also a good way to go around.
