From cafe to gourmet you can find pretty much anything to suit your taste here. The piazza has a lovely vibe where you can have a coffee or a cocktail, snack or a meal and people watch, or bring the kids. There are also shops from supermarkets to boutiques and a lot in between.

I love this little restaurant, just a short walk away from the complex. They do fantastic Italian, my favourite being the Linguine Salmone. They have great pizza options as well and offer a cozy indoor area, or the option to sit and eat outside.

Shopping
If it’s a shopping mall you’re after then Sandton City is close and offers a massive variety.
If it’s shopping you’re after then Sandton City is the place to head. It’s super close to the apartment - just a ten minute Uber away - and has pretty much everything you could be looking for, from The Diamond Walk, where you’ll find all your favourite designers, to the food court where you can grab a takeaway. There are also some great restaurants, including The Walnut Grove, or you can grab a Macdonald’s sit down or take away. Department stores abound in Sandton city, and technology, jewelers, fashion and pharmacy are just a few of the things you’ll come across. If you can’t find it in Sandton; well there are many other malls in Joburg but this is definitely the place to start.
