The weekly Charlottetown Farmers’ Market on Saturdays (and Wednesdays in the summer), open 9am-2pm, is a popular spot for people to buy fresh food from local producers. Victoria Row, located on Richmond Street between Queen and Great George Streets, is a pedestrian walkway with restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s an entertaining place for “people watching” and listening to live music during the summer. The Confederation Centre of the Arts offers a variety of special events, art exhibitions, theatre shows, walking tours, and educational programs year round.
