The olive oil in Amelai
The quality of the food in general is very high in Italy. In Amelia, we have what is recognized as probably one of the best olive oil's anywhere. We have a rare cultivar called Rajo, which makes small purple coloured olives and the most amazing extra virgin olive oil. We have around 200 Rajo trees on the property, and produce some 200 liters of this exquisite oil.
