Fridays and saturdays are the most busy nights and one these days these streets are full of life and people having fun. Highly recommend if you want a nightlife experience in Porto

The original Crystal Palace was built in 1865 and used to be an all glassed building inspired in the Crystal Palace from London. Later on it was torn (1951) to host the world hockey olympics, where Portugal became champions.
Surrounding the now called Rosa Mota pavilion, there's an amazing park with lots of little gardens and kids playgrounds. I highly recommend it!

Rua de Dom Manuel IIThe original Crystal Palace was built in 1865 and used to be an all glassed building inspired in the Crystal Palace from London. Later on it was torn (1951) to host the world hockey olympics, where Portugal became champions.
Surrounding the now called Rosa Mota pavilion, there's an amazing park with lots of little gardens and kids playgrounds. I highly recommend it!
Sightseeing
On Cais the Gaia is possible for you to take a typical boat (that were used to transport wine in the old days) along the Douro River and go as far as Régua (trips that take about 2 hours) or just a round trip along the main coast (50 min trip). Here you can also find all the most famous wine cellars and lots of local shops for souvenirs.
