San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world but the weather is fickle. No matter what time of year you visit bring a jacket and extra layers.
It's hilly! And I mean hilly! Not great for heels. Bring your cute comfortable walking shoes for when you're out and about during the day. You'll thank me later.
