Isla Mujeres is a great place to visit. If you want to go to Isla Mujeres, take the bus and tell the driver to drop you off at Playa Tortugas or Embarcadero, you can take the ferry there. It is approximately a 25-minute ride. When you arrive there, you can rent a golf cart for one or two hours and tour the entire island. Then you can go to Playa Norte and enjoy the gorgeous beach at any beach club and eat at one of the many little seafood restaurants. The ferry rides are every thirty minutes. The ferry ticket is round trip but make sure you do not lose the ticket because if you do you will have to buy another ticket to return. To rent the golf cart, they will ask you for a driver's license. We truly recommend this trip!
