Oh my, I have several unique pieces of jewelry from this shop and have made it a regular stop for Christmas gift-giving! Bob is the artist and his wife Judy runs the shop. Often you will find him in the middle of making a new creation. Recently, he has taken up the craft of Old-World Filigree with a modern twist which they have several selections in necklaces and earrings. They also have a unique collection of geodes and natural stones of which I have witnessed a few young boys ogling. Bob and Judy are easy conversationalists and make you feel welcome in their shop!

Also known as The Pinnacles, this is a moderate-to-difficult trail but well worth the effort for such a view! There is a picnic area at the trailhead where two major craft fairs are held in the woods twice a year.

This historic site that served as the home of emancipationist Cassius Marcellus Clay is nestled in rolling farmland. The home near Richmond was built in the late 1700s, with a major addition constructed in the 1860s. Historic White Hall mansion, designed in Georgian and Italianate styles, boasts nearly 10,000 square feet with modern innovations of the time such as central heating and indoor plumbing.
General Green Clay’s military career was very imposing. He served in the Revolutionary War and fought alongside Daniel Boone in defending Boonesborough. Arguably Clay’s most impressive service was as a Brigadier-General in the War of 1812.
Enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch under the trees in the picnic area behind the grist mill/restrooms. Perhaps you will spot wild turkeys or deer in the fields surrounding the park.
