From XVIII century, the castle of San Marcos is an icon in the history of this city. Very well preserved, we totally recommend the guided tour. There are different schedule in Spanish and English according to the season. Can check in their website or tourist office. Bodega Caballero runs the tours and offers a wine testing at the end of the activity. Totally recommended!

During this guided tour you will discover first hand the processes behind the system of criaderas and soleras, the production of brandies and the story of the bull, in a visit to the Toro Gallery, an exhibition about the history and the figure of the Toro de Osborne.

Also beautiful the pine tree area behind the beach for a walk under the trees' shelter or for a picnic.

One of our favorite spots for tapas and dinner. Ask for Garbanzos with Langostinos (chickpeas with prawns). Salmorejo also very good!
