Peachtree Corners is Gwinnett County’s newest city. Situated in one of the fastest growing counties in Georgia, Peachtree Corners is conveniently located to major highways, I-85, I-285 and GA 400 and just 30 minutes northeast of Atlanta. Founded on July 1, 2012, it is home to over 40,000 residents. The new city is 17 square miles in size and is located in the southwest corner of the county. Seven miles of the Chattahoochee River define its western border. The city’s Town Center features numerous retail shops, 15 restaurants, an upscale dinner theater, over 70 townhomes and a 2+ acre Town Green. A gathering place for the community, the Town Green features plenty of open space for outdoor concerts, an elevated teak deck that overlooks the Green, children play structures. A number of restaurants feature dining that overlooks the Green which also includes a 2,500 square-foot Veterans Monument. The 21-acre development is located at 5200 Town Center Boulevard. Peachtree Corners is an active, family-oriented city. Residents enjoy a variety of living lifestyles from riverfront homes, swim-tennis communities, attractive townhome, apartment and senior living choices. Peachtree Corners’ residents and visitors enjoy numerous parks with views and access to the river, trout fishing and boating.
