Start at Caprinteria Avenue near Linden Avenue. Head down Carp Ave for some cool spots and then take Linden Ave all the way down to the beach.

Take the Amtrak Surfliner to the Carpinteria stop and it takes you to the beach and downtown on Linden Avenue. Our house is 2 miles away from train station.

Seal Sanctuary at the Carp Bluffs
Every December-May, hundreds of seals beach on the sand to give birth. Volunteer docents share cool facts about the seals. Educational and fun for the whole family.
